Personally I prefer in person training sessions but appreciate that during a pandemic this is not possible. On this basis, and once I had figured out what was going on, it was easy to stay focused - even after a long day at work. Not too long but not too short. A good introduction to the topic but each participant needs to make the conscious decision to make changes - the course alone cannot achieve that! I have deducted 1 star but only because it is quite passive and without interaction but this is unavoidable under the current restrictions.

The training itself was good, enjoyed it and learned a lot. But the translation to German was bad. Sometimes I was not able to answer the questions since the questions and/ or answer didn't make sense to me.
Excellent course - really makes you think and consider how you relate to people in many different situations.
The course explains well, some reactions our human brain produces. It's vital many people in society undertake this very same or similar course for overall positive effect in the world, allowing more acceptance of diversity and varying cultures. There is also some mindfulness to challenge pre conceptions and check in with ourselves to remind us to 'park' certain pre prejudices and be open to new situations and interactions.
Very interesting topic made accessible.
I just wanted to say that I have thoroughly enjoyed the videos and the content. Even though I am aware of this subject, it was still interesting and educational. Well done!
