The course has successfully opened our minds to aspects of human behaviours that normally are buried deep in our subconscious without check/test of their efficacy. Now, with the help of this course, we are wiser and better human beings - (for those who are willing to apply the knowledge).

I had always known about biases and unconscious biases, but this has taught me why we might have an unconscious bias opinion on a person/thing and how we can change our way of thinking. Also, I didn't know that there was so many types of ways of being bias.

This was one of the better courses although done solo it was quite engaging as I did question my own bias and what I might do to ACT in the future. I found some of the sections unnecessarily long. It would be good to follow up with further discussion as a whole company and continue to reflect on this and make sure we are ACTing
