I will gain more knowledge about the unbiased practice, challenge any biased believe and seek more training to improve my performance.
This was a very good course for making me think about my perceptions and preconceived ideas about people. While I may still make a snap judgement it will be tempered with the ideas that were shown in the clips. The exercise crossing your arms was a great indicator of what was being spoken about and encouraged me to think harder about my own thinking.
The course made me much more aware of how we all can suffer from unconscious Bias. The course also give me good information on how to over come unconscious Bias and what methods I can use to do this

Beautifully presented, but repetitive in content.
Well presented and clear, particularly rated the use of short videos as aids concentration. Content quite basic so relevant for those with little or no knowledge of conscious and unconscious bias.
