I thought this was a great course, it explained things clearly and without judgement. What it fails to address is that your biases will be affected by your own state of mind. If you feel secure and confident yourself, it is easier to ask questions and be kind. If you feel vulnerable or a victim you want to protect yourself, not others.
A helpful course that assists in raising awareness. There is a natural tendency to equate unconscious bias with racism and the course has helped to see that unconscious bias is a normal part of the human genome whereas racism is not. The course has given helpful advice as to how to combat unconscious bias
