This course was very informative. It’s not a subject I am familiar with but the explanations were very clear, allowing me to achieve a high score.

I love that this training highlighted my faults/unconscious bias in a friendly way and wasn't demeaning at all. I like the ACT and being reminded to question myself and being aware that sometimes I need to check whether I am being unconsciously bias.

Great to know how the brain stores the positive and negative information, and then how that information affects use. Excellent Course.

ACT Why we all have unconscious bias and to challenge it - I would like to see a management procedure to help work colleagues - question, discuss problems, reduce bias and promote diversity. To keep an open my and look at the facts.

Really enjoyed the contents and the presenter

I found the course very informative. I understand more how some individuals can sometimes come to a conclusion about another person. This course has given me more things to consider to ensure I do not treat anyone differently by making sure I acknowledge , ask questions if I am not sure to avoid offence or exclusion.
