It made me to reflect on my everyday practice. An eye opener to unconscious bias, how we easily can get into that way of thinking.
Makes you aware of how you place people in different parts of your mind's thought pattern, based on what you have previously experienced in life.

Makes you realise that 1st impressions shouldn't be a lasting impression and i will make a conscious effort to challenge my 1st thoughts of people, situations ect.
I was previously aware of unconscious bias but this pulled it into focus; and made me notice the areas where I judge people that I hadn't previously acknowledged. It was a thought provoking and useful course.
