Very informative, covers all aspects, user friendly
Not 100% in agreement. But well presented.
The course has made me think on how I react to other people and situations. I always thought I am unbiased but I realise I should always question my thoughts and challenge them if I have negative thoughts about someone or a particular situation.
I enjoyed the training. It wasn't too long and got the message across clearly.

Helpfully stressed in-built bias as natural, and awareness/self-challenge as the best way to over-come this when necessary. I liked the list of different kinds of bias... longer than I've seen elsewhere and useful for illustrating how pervasive and varied our biases can be
