Good and informative.

There's a video where a guy in a pink shirt speaks in Russian, and then later on, the trainer says "you'd assume that this man speaks English...". Well, he might not be native but he does speak English otherwise we wouldn't be working in that company and wouldn't be in that meeting. I think this was a terrible example and the description of the video was itself biased.

I enjoyed the course and it is something everyone needs to acknowledge and be constantly aware of. I think I am fairly good at being aware of unconscious bias and would have liked something slightly more challenging in the course, although I know it is very difficult to get the level right for everyone in an organisation. It is more important that it is accessible to people who have not given this area thought than those who already try to.

The course was very informative, held my attention and gave me lots to think about. I am pleased that I completed it, and will take on board what I have learned in my personal life as well as in the workplace.

I have had many unconscious bias training sessions but it's good to be reminded as you do have to keep being thinking about it to keep yourself aware.

good training course to do if u are managing

the overall course was good very informative good examples, some of the videos could be clumped together to make them a couple of minutes each as it was very choppy and took a bit longer than the estimated time.
