Up to the usual standard. I like the short sections format and the small test questions as you progress together with the longer one at the end.

I thought that the training was very positive and I can use what i have learnt straight away in my next call or next interaction.
It's very interesting to learn that we all have bias even though this is unconscious. Very interesting to put what I learnt into affect when speaking to and interviewing people/candidates.

Enjoyed the training, easy to follow and very interesting and informative.
A useful and comprehensive learning opportunity. It was helpful that I could pause the course when I needed to break to do other things. Being able to review the course content was helpful to solidify learning. The only negative was that at one time I must have tapped the wrong key and I had to restart the quiz. Overall however it was a great learning opportunity and I would recommend this to other colleagues.
