Easy to navigate and very informative

this is one of the best training sessions I have completed. Extremely well presented and in such a way that I was able to retain and fully understand what was being taught.

Concise, interesting and revealing

Training was informative and easy to understand. Examples were relevant and I liked the summaries at the end.

Made me think of different biases.

Good that it was short and simple. But also short on science and how our brain works enabling us to understand why we have unconscious bias. Practical and challenging in thinking of different biases.

A useful course, somewhat contradictory

Most of the content in this course is good behavioural science. However, there's a part of the intro that mentions "trusting your instincts but questioning them". It's not clear how you'd avoid choice paralysis when applying this mindset. There was an overall message missed in this course: "Trust your instincts and don't overthink, but at the end of each day question your thoughts and actions and decide which were correct and which need some work". The latter part was explained, but not the first part.

I thought the course was concise, dealt with the main points but also enjoyed the style of doing it in bite-sized chunks so it was easier to absorb.
