this training did actually make me stop and think of the biases that I hold personally towards others, and the names and types of biases prevalent in the work place, I will be more likely to stop and challenge my own biases after this training and its also given me the ability to consciously think about how i am reacting to a person or situation so I think this training is very effective and served its purpose 😊 I found this very helpful and enlightening!

I found the content of the presentation relatively clear, and could follow the presenter smoothly. Inititally I thought: for such matters I better also add my native language (German) as a language option. There is the warning that the subtitles and the little summaries are based on automatic translation. But sometimes it really brings confusion to the content with some sentences or items where the word order is totally out of place, or where key words (e.g., Train ; Bias) are translated inappropriately (to "Zug" = railyway train ; to "Vorspannung" = bias voltage).

This was very interesting and made me look at things in a different way.

The course is clear, very helpful and interesting. You can learn a lot and its plenty important informations.

There is a session which require to listen to people voice which influence bias, it doesnt works for me as i cannot identify the tone of the voice which can influence hearing people too.
