it was but so far this was the most difficult for me
I like how the course gave a breakdown of each type of bias, using videos and sounds to instigate thinking about what our thoughts are and the final test at the end to ensure that the information has been taken in.

I thought this coarse was very beneficial and informative. It kept me interested throughout.
I found this an excellent course to encourage me to ask questions of myself.As confident as I was in my ability to recognise unconscious bias, I also realised that I could ask more questions of myself to avoid being mistaken. I also feel better able to understand and question bias in other people, when I see it.
