Most of the videos I was listening to was just a black picture no video. I could only hear lady talking. I only realised that it was a video when the voice said “few pictures will be shown “ but there were no pictures just black screen. Otherwise very informative.

It's easy to fall into the trap of not questioning and accepting reactions and behaviours so the self awareness of these was good.

Great course section, very enjoyable, informative, and instructive.

I liked the fact that the whole training was with a person rather than reading the material, I find that type of training easier but it was also handy to have the written summary after every section.

The course was Easy to understand I enjoyed being able to do it from home

I enjoyed this training very much, it was an eye opener for me to be conscious of what I would say and challenge my thoughts and knowing that my mind can be trained positively.
