I really enjoyed this course. This was a subject I had heard of but didn't understand until now. I found this very content a real eye opener. I will be challenging and using the tools suggested from this point onwards.

I found the course quite repetitive in some parts. Presentation was good but as with other course the video clips seem very short and some could be combined. Subtitles run over text on the video.
I found this training really interesting and it’s amazing how much we have developed such preconceived ideas of people. I will definitely try to implement what I have learnt.
