A useful refresher on the importance of challenging our unconscious bias', practicing self awareness and treating people fairly.

The training was very interactive an engaging. I learnt quite a lot about biases and the type of biases. I taught us how to deal with our biases in a very brief way.

Very interesting, lots of tools I will definitely use, which I think the children will enjoy and follow very easily.

Clear and easy to understand. The plan of action was also very doable. I felt like the other courses -- like Safeguarding Children, for example -- crammed WAY too much important material into one hour long course.

This was a surprisingly informative and well structure course. A very positvie experience indeed. Thank you.

I have learned a lot of things while doing this coursework. My background included a lot of physical and mental abuse which has helped me to realise why it happened.Many thanks.

As a follow on from the Equality (equity), Diversity and Inclusion programme, Unconscious Bias added that extra layer of understanding. We all carry bias and recognising this is an important stage in challenging our own thoughts.
