made me think differently about work

teaches you to not be prejudiced about a certain character in the workplace or make snap judgements on how YOU feel. re-assess your opinion . Its not about first impressions.

Thought provoking

A well presented course which made me think about my own life experiences and biases.

Who chooses the training?

Clearly explained course material however I would prefer to choose the training I do rather than having mandatory courses like this. I would opt for training that would help me in my day to day job role, rather than courses that everyone just wants to get through. I know many staff feel the same.

Clear, easy to follow, good content.

I found the course informative and thought provoking. The presenter spoke well and clearly. It made me look at my own biases which I had not been aware of before taking this course.Thank you.

On line training ????

Yes it was a good course in so much as you know your subject, but I am sorry but would question some of what you said and also some of the questions I got wrong. For having followed what had been said, or read, I obviously gave what I considered to be the correct answer. A Q&A option would be welcomed.

Everyone should do this training

Everyone should do this training no matter where they work, whether they are unemployed, retired or student from primary age. It is definitely not obvious what your own biases are and you certainly need to keep them in check.
