The subject was well covered but not particularly tailored to the context of recruiting a Christian minister. IT worked well.

Easy to follow and well presented , the material was explained very clearly with good examples . The questions at the end needed to be more challenging .
Ironic that the course is making assumptions about people making assumptions about people. Don't agree with this theory and feel my time would have been better spent elsewhere.
