I was able to learn about unconscious bias

reinforced my basic knowledge about Biasness but also, taught me a few more things about different types.

I think that having a bias is a lifesaver you approach someone with an open mind and they pull a knife on you if you'd allowed your bias to run you'd have avoided them this is a defence mechanism and it could save your life this might sound a bit extreme but sometimes you only get one chance

Makes one aware to question one's assumption of new individuals.
