Only one presenter meant that I switched off at times. All scenes had too few elderly persons so that segment of the audience will switch off. The consequences of the bias were not reinforced by examples

I don't think that this sort of training is appropriate as a mandatory part of staff training. We have legislation and codes of good working practice. I don't need to be told how to think and find this offensive on so many levels.
