informative and interesting training
Very interesting and well explained
I just wish people would put it into practice including those in DEI who profess not to make assumptions but who, in my experience (not bias!), are those most guilty of confirmation bias, judgement of others and lacking in self awareness
It's good to understand the different types of bias. However I would prefer questions to be about overcoming bias rather than just remembering the names of the different bias types.

Well Presented gives you the opportunity to go back on the contents. One problem was that there was a question to which I knew the correct answer to, but the question included the negative "NOT", so I assumed it was a trick question where the correct answer was the opposite of what it should have been?! Please will you look at this type of question and improve the clarity of what is being asked?
Very useful and informative.
It's a very good training, especially for companies with employees from many other countries.
