Overall, Unconscious Bias Training is a powerful tool for fostering a more inclusive, respectful, and high-performing environment both within organisations and in society at large.

I had to re-read several test questions over and over to understand what the question was asking. Reminded me of an English Language examination!!!

This was an excellent thought provoking module. The length and content met our needs exactly and the challenge around stereotyping was valuable and interesting. This is a behaviour changing module. Excellent.

I found this to be a stand-out course that was interactive and engaging and certainly got me to think about my own unconscious bias. Within a day's worth of training, this particularly allowed me to consider how to keep unconscious bias (or potential, or perceived) in-check when providing services to customers, working with colleagues and contractors.

Can't say I felt this had much of an impact on me. Something more concrete and specific might have helped. Say, for example, we were asked to give an instance in which assumptions were made about us, so we get an idea of the impact of bias.

Right programme length which acts as a good reminder of the subject and how to improve interactions with others.

A good course but a bit outdated..
