Informative and professional but it would benefit from having a more varied style of presentation and being more interactive, eg more questions to test knowledge during the course. But overall, very good.

intense but thought provoking

Took a very dense and long topic and made it much more approachable and easy to understand. There are many different documents that I read from the ICO website to try and understand GDPR and this course both supported a lot of that reading as well as highlighted the key learning points I had potentially missed and needed to realise the importance of.

It was a good course but the start of (the intro) it didn't fill you with enthusiasm that the course was going to be as good as it was, it didn't grab my attention and draw me into it.

I thought the course was well presented and made some fairly dry subject matter more interesting than it might otherwise have been. I particularly liked the dog analogy and will use it myself to explain the same concept to others.

This training is essential for all Companies based in UK, useful to prevent fraud and very helpful for date management. Excellent!
