The course was very informative and easy to understand however it would have been convenient if there was a voice reader for the assessment section.

The content was thorough, however this was a long course with one person speaking.
A stupid idea to force everyone to do this on an annual basis. The materials are didactic and instantly forgettable. This is not good quality training and just a tick box exercise. No attempt to assess prior competence and tailor to the needs of the individual. A very poor example of good training.
The course was very informative, but possibly too long and complex for my job requirements.
Too long - should be more concise and punchy, hitting the facts and not long drawn-out dialogue.
