Its important to have up to date information.
Personally as an LSA I don't deal with the college data about students. This trained was only relevant for the Ontrack I use to record the Learners pastoral needs.

A better learning tool for me personally
The information was very informative but it was way too long for me to remember what was spoken about at the beginning in a test at the end; it would have been better for me to be able to either have a test at the end of each section or half the test half way through and the other half at the end.

A lot of information but it was delivered in a very clear and easy to understand manner. I liked the periodic testing and the summary at the end.
