Too long

I struggle with the irraenters style of delivery and use subtitles now instead. The course take too long and could be shorter and punchier. I struggle with being sent reminders about it before it’s out of date and completed it on the day required which I scheduled in.

Informative and to the point

Easy to understand a topic that could be quite daunting. Helpful to make sure I am being compliant with my storage of data - has increased my confidence about handling data

Far too long

This training needed to be shortened considerably and more examples of real life situations should have been included to make it less intense/heavily fact based, more interesting, easier to understand and easier to remember. During the test, those answers that were marked incorrect did not give the correct answer afterwards (this would have been helpful for future knowledge). Also, one question was about 'Data Protection by Design' and was extremely difficult to answer since it did NOT form part of the MAIN training (i.e. we were referred to 'additional resources' which I took to be optional and so I did not do this as part of the training). I thought that this was therefore an unfair question for those people who did not explore the additional resources.

Useful refresher course.

Useful course, but it did not comment on the fines-investigations that companies can face if they breach GDPR.
