There is far too much information, all of it delivered by one person talking at you, which is not best practice for enabling people to take it in and process. Being 'talked at' like that is not a good model for learning. I find the quiz questions often are worded in a way that deliberately try to catch you out - this is totally unnecessary and again, not an effective method for learning.

One of the questions is wrong - "What must data do to be considered "personal data" by the GDPR? Choice: # Include someone's full name, #Identify an individual, #Be harmful if lost or stolen. The training material makes it clear that this is not the case. GDPR Art.4(1) states "‘personal data’ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’)". The key part is *relating to*, not identifying.
Considering the dry subject matter I really enjoyed the course and it had a excellent tone to it.
Very useful training
Detailed and professional.

The course was very long could it be reduced down a bit
There was a lot to take in, it's clear how important it is when using and collecting data.
Understand that we are encouraged to keep up to date with training and also understand the importance - have done this course very year for many years, is there the real need for the repetition?Same theory for all courses?69 minutes worth of videos
