This course did not have any relevance to me and my work at all. It was not aimed at my needs, therefore it was very difficult to focus and engage. I do feel that ongoing training is important and can enhance our work practice but only if it is something we can use in out day to day work. This was a waste of my time and does not contribute to St. Basils improving the quality of support to YP that they provide.
this course is too in-depth for the general personal in an organisation. the information given could be streamlined/bulleted, and only issued to those who are actually processing personal data
