Time management is such an important course obviously it is dependent on your environment the place you work sometimes as a norm expect you to be rushing up & down most of the time so this guide is so important.

This course was definitely NOT a waste of time! Lots of tips, tricks and strategies to keep you focused, organised and keep your end goal in mind. I love how it included SMART, I appreciated the history about procrastination and I enjoyed the psychology of present self vs future self. I will now ask myself ‘what would your future self do?” and it will help me to stay on track. A lot of information was packed into this and I enjoyed it so thanks for making this. Great job!
It helps you to review your time management strategy and what is positive and negative.
Some helpful tips to help manage time, I think the activity log could be helpful for planning the days tasks better.
