Easy to follow and understand

It is a reminder that I would rather work a few constructive hours and be focused, than drag something out, wasting lots of time by faffing! Especially in the current climate
I actually learned a lot. I will never try to multitask or try to improve my multitasking skills! I am going to do one thing at a time and do it well! TIME Bandits was another eye opener! I often feel stressed and now I believe I will cope better!
The graphics were good. Course was easy to follow. Time management is very important with my role . This has provided me with a few new ideas eg controlling the impact of time bandits , get the difficult jobs done first etc to reduce anxiety that I currently experience . Ironically I am doing this course on a Sunday due to lack of free time at work in the week to do it.
