45 minutes well spent. As the course unfolds you can see where your time is going during the day and how you can tackle the "time bandits". Enjoyable and eye opening.
Time Management is a tricky thing. After completing an activity report myself, which I felt quite exhausting and time consuming at the time, did manage to pinpoint a lot of areas that could be improved & did help me a lot. i.e not being re-active to emails etc., checking them in an orderly manner. my time management has much improved, although I sometimes do fall into the firefighting trap on occasion, I quickly get myself back on track. with a little help from my friend.

Enjoyed this course. Although I was aware of most of it, there are some things that you need to be reminded of. Its good to remember that you are the one who can change your priorities and time management. Easy to understand and work through.

I didn't learn anything new as the course is more suited to first line/operational supervisors not senior management. Useful to so the course though so that I can identify what staff would benefit from this. The course design was very good, clear, just long enough and very easy to navigate through.
