Some useful tools to try out. I recognise some of the pitfalls mentioned in myself. I think it will still be difficult to manage my work day due to the unpredictability of the nature of the work but some at least I will apply these suggestions to manage.

Very outdated take on productivity. Having a coffee while you work is not a reward in 2021, it's a pretty basic thing that should not be viewed as underserved for someone who is not being "productive". The content seems to glorify a baby boomer vision of productivity in an office environment. Don't recommend this training.
