I have been on lots of time management courses over the years but this was by far the most helpful. I immediately started putting it into practice!
Great overview of Time Management with several simple takeaways that could make a big difference to anyones day-to-day work and long term goals. I especially liked the Multitasking myth buster activity, simple, but brilliant!

There were a lot of useful resources mentioned and things to make you think about time management
Presentation and delivery are very good and the content has been kept simple which ensures it is appropriate for beginner level which is what was required. It would be difficult to improve without interaction with tutor and/or other trainees which is difficult even in a virtual world.
