Learned how to manage my time better at home and at work
The Time Management course is an excellent, flexible and simple exercise that is very effective, flexible and easy to implement. I have certainly learnt some new tactics and ideas on how to manage my time better.

I really enjoyed this course. A lot of the information I already knew but it was good to remind myself of the importance of it and refocus the mind on how best to manage my own time.
