Time management is only possible when the work load is managable . this does not resolve the issue when being given an impossible workload and the only way to complete is to work overtime !
The video highlighted some really good points about how to find out where I am wasting my time and how to plan and use my time more efficiently. I have printed the activity logs to try these out.

I felt that it was a lifestyle course and rather judgemental. Of course getting rid of distraction is good however its a bit obvious and patronising. The essence of the course was get on with your work and write everything down. Its like being on report in school.
I have done a number of time management courses throughout my previous career but found this one a helpful refresher.
