It makes you think about your own time management
Helpful in reminding me my worst enemy is me/procrastination when dreading a difficult task and offering ways around this. Could have done with more simpler suggestions around prioritsing workload - the other options to explore were complicated. Overall good training course.

Effective time management is always a challenge. This course was concise and highlighted the key factors which are easily overlooked when one is trying to improve efficiency! This course is extremely useful for people who invest time in building their skillsets for a long term goal & vision, be it in life or career. There were useful resources to compliment areas such as how to prioritise or effectively reduce workload.
