relatively useful reminder of time management techniques.
Whilst people in my team have asked for time management training, I'm not sure this course fits the bill. It is incredibly basic and I feel they'd actually see it as quite patronising.
...too much focus on procrastination. The most popular Eisenhenhower decision matrix was not included. The additional material provided with the course would be too complicated for a person who has never attended a time management course without guidance on how to use it.
I have enjoyed this course a lot. I like that the course is in a form a video with additional resources which can be printed. I was making notes all the time which is usually a sign that the course is interesting and the information are useful and practical for me to put into action. It gave me answers to some of my problems how to manage my work/personal time.
Offered some simple solutions and ideas to help organise time better

Was to the point and easy, however a lot of it was common sense and not new information so unsure of the wider value. Did not take up too much time to work through it so maybe worth it for those that struggle with time management rather than everyone.
