This training session is severely lacking for such an important subject. Only covers a small handful of superficial points. Also outdated considering the growth of hybrid and remote working.

It was very useful Training and I feel empowered about how to spend my time effectively.
Helpful intro to time management. Gives good tips on how to manage short-term tasks & long-term goals effectively, and also how to avoid distraction.
I found this to be very obvious.
Presentations are very good - as has become normal for my needs. Structure is such that principles explained could be easily adopted.
Enjoyed the course content and presentation. Simple scenario's used and pointers that made examples easy to remember. Liked the quotes from famous people.
Have done courses like this previously, but its a great reminder of planning your day and trying to avoid time bandits.
