no subtitles

you even quote Helen Keller at the beginning of the course, a deaf and blind person, but with lack of subtitles it isn't truly accessible!

Good course

Good reminders of best practice within a team

Not very useful

The training course seemed to be focused on ways you could use personal time for company benefit (e.g., meet people outside work in your own time). The other content seemed common-sense to the point of being patronising. The examples that were given didn't seem to be factually accurate (e.g. the example of teamwork given was The Beatles working together in Hamburg). The Beatles time in Hamburg ended with two of the five members of the original group being kicked out?!

Very interesting course

It’s important to have regular staff meetings as communication between staff is very important.

Good presentation and content

It's rather ironic that 'teamwork' training is undertaken 'individually' don't you think?

BEST COURSE SO FAR

I FOUND THIS THE MOST INTERESTING OF THE COURSES, HELPING YOU TO DEVELOPE AND UNDERSTAND WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU AND HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE TO YOUR TEAM. IT ALSO BRINGS TO MIND THAT THE MANAGEMENT COULD DO ALOT MORE TO HELP WITH THE TEAMS PROGRESS, RESOLVING ISSUES AND HELP WITH EVERYONE IN THE TEAM NOT JUST THERE FAVOURITES, WHICH I KNOW HAPPENS. IF YOUR A FAVOURITE YOU SEEM TO BE ABLE TO ACHIVE MORE THAN THE ONES THAT ARE NOT WHICH IS A SHAME. TEAM WORKS STARTS FROM ABOVE WORKING ITS WAY DOWN TO THE TEAM MEMBERS. LEAD BY EXAMPLE.
