Interesting use of fight or flight examples to clarify what really goes on

Not too heavy but covered the key points and presented well

Includes lots of good detail, and some instances of humour. Found it a bit slow (but that could be to do with out internet connection today). Although it suggested some plans to deal with stress I would like to have seen a way of printing these plans out for reference (maybe it was there, and I didn't see it?)

I didn't realise just how stressed I am and how many of my physical symptoms are stress related. Think I'll have to take a week off work now!! not really that was to make me laugh so I'm less stressed.

Very good, liked the way it was delivered using the balloon and the boat together with the notes to one side

Generally I thought that it was good. Thought provoking about what stress is and what causes it. Although I had a couple of interruptions during this trial version, I think that the 32 minute time estimate is a bit short if the statements and options are read thoroughly and digested properly. However it seemed to download every 10 seconds so perhaps this extended the time considerably. In an office based company, I think it would be well received by and useful to the majority, but in my company where the majority are workshop or field based people, I think that only a handful would take it seriously and benefit from it. I have no criticisms of it but in this instance, we would probably not purchase it.

Perhaps it needs a new presenter to give a fresher feel.

This programme made me realise what are the signs of stress and how to deal with this.

Unfortunately there seem to be a few technical glitches including answers in the test showing as both correct and incorrect! Subsequently I don't know whether the score is actually correct or no. Obviously we would not buy into this programme until thses have been ironed out. On a positive note the layout is an improvement on the previous programmes, and the forward button more intuitive, than the bacfk button on the older programmes.

Programme kept on freezing so could not view the whole product. The content looks to be good though.
