The course is OK but has a few errors in

Alcohol is listed with tea and coffee as a stimulant, it is a depressant. You state in the text that it takes three cups of water to remove the caffine from the system of one cup of tea or coffee and then ask in the end questions how many cups of water are needed to re-hydrate after a cup of tea or coffee, the flushing of caffine and re-hydration are two different bodily processes.

Enlightening

Wasn't particularly looking forward to this as I expected another online box-ticking exercise. However, it was extremely enlightening and gave me quite a lot to think about in my approach to work and life.

Good interactive programme

it gave a good insight into the causes of stress and possible deterrents. The only problem was the programme kept sticking and I had to keep reloading which was a problem when I came to do the test

Full of useful information

Most people are aware of stress and the information provided in this course, but it is well worth reminding ourselves every now and again and this course does just that.
