This training program had a clear meaning and purpose. It delivered precise points on the topic and it kept it interesting with a variety of videos and text.
Easy to follow interative course.
the course content was comprehensive and informative, however due to the gliche in the system (noticed by myself and work colleagues whilst doing several tests) participants are not receiving their true marks. whilst doing the test the screen froze twice which meant i had to hit the back button in order to proceed. your answer is then automatically marked as wrong even though it is right (i checked by retaking the test giving the same answer which was then quite rightly marked as correct (though this time it froze 3 times marking 3 correct answers as wrong). However i remained calm and did not stress : ) i attempted to email my comments but the email did not go through. just thought you should know.
A fantastic introduction and awareness session on the causes of stress, how to identify these and take action to minimise the risk
Great training and easy to follow!
Worthwhile for staff to carry out this type of training which may highlight areas where they are able to make changes etc
.
I was viewing some of the training programmes to set up a H&S programme for all staff in the workplace, Didn''t realise how stressed I was myself, a bit scary but now that I have identified my stress level have every intention of seeking professional help and will be visiting our HR dept. Invaluable programme, well delivered
Good interactive course. Easy to use and engaging. Good mix if video, narrative and text. I found the course informative and educational. Very Good
Found the course extremely informative and thought provoking; it has helped me to think more about a work/life balance and will no doubt help me take note of any change in my reaction to both wok and personal situations.
