This online training tool is, simple, concise, easy to access and follow.
Very informative and helpful. Will come in very useful both in the workplace and at home.
It opens ones eyes to the amount of stress one can suffer.
Very good programme, no problems following this, however one point is that the exam asked me what the optimum amount of sleep for an adult would be. I originally ticked 6-8hrs (or around abouts) as this is what I believe it to be and I got this wrong, the correct being something around 7.5-9hrs. I did double check with my GP mother and she also said 6-8. I personally work best on 6! Although every person is different, the average best hours is 6-8!
This is a very easy to use training programme with lots of useful information. It is also great that you can stop the training and log back in and restart where you left off the same as in all of the training programmes by ihasco.
