This video was easy to follow and undertsand, informative and interesting. A very serious subject that was delivered in a non patronising way. Not to long, so as not to become borning.

A good training course highlighting a lot of things I wasn't aware of about stress in the workplace. One of the better elearning courses I have completed

Highlights areas that some may not be aware of and includes areas that relate to stress that are not apparent.

Excess training when you are trying to do your job can also cause stress because of the time wasted.

Enjoyable, but some graphical niggles and repetition.Great media with some humour too!

This programme dealt with all of the major stress related issues. Good naration, informative graphics, all in all a cood course.

interesting but hard to relate to the situations in the work place

although I am not stressed in the workplace, my role within HR requires me to watch out for stress ( in others) and help mangers manage the situation.

enjoyed the course

I found the course to be very beneficial, and particularly enjoyed completing the quiz at the start which shows your level of stress. I found the results pretty surprising for myself which spurred me to want to continue the course to get more information. The strategies section was the section where I felt I gained the most knowledge, not only for myself, but also for future reference as a line manager. I found the option to review the PDF for each strategy very interesting and useful.
