More time needs to be spent on recognizing stress in yourself and strategies to cope with stress. The rest of the content can be cut down because there is a lot of narration without much substance in the training module.The stress test is good but i was not so impressed by the drag and drop strategies section. It is a bit pointless.
straightforward and to the point
I think this could be improved by discussing further about stress and the effect on self esteem . Also further mention on how to cope with stress and deal with it , including self help relaxation techniques , positive/negative thinking , balance of assertiveness / aggression , and how to say "no" and not over commit
Informative training programme that was easy to follow. I found it very easy to navigate through the programme.
A good explanation of the difference between pressure and stress. I was shocked to see my stress level, but found that simply acknowledging it made me feel less stressed.
The training was helpful to myself both in the work place and at home
but gave good coping strategies. I feel optimistic.
Found it very straightforward and easy to understand - confirmed a lot of things that i am aware about regarding stress, and also enlightened me to to other factors of which i was not aware..
It really made you think about stress especially in the workplace as what you may think is normal for one person isn't necessarily normal for everybody
The online tutorial is broken down into manageable steps which make it all a logical and easy to understand programme. I found to very informative and useful.
