Very worth doing
I think the most interesting thing i learned in this course is how stress can be a factor in so many other health issues that i personally would not have linked it too. Depression and migraines etc i would have associated with stress but, i would not have associated other illness or conditions like loss of appetite, some forms of cancer and lung problems or even hair loss and flaky nails etc. The exercise to determine your own stress levels was really good and i am pleased to say that my stress level came out as low.
Quirky and again very informative. Liked the pace and style of the programme. Easy to follow and understand. Thanks

This training is useful in raising awareness and understanding of stress in the workplace, and gives helpful strategies to counteract the effects it causes.
Appreciate that the training can be resumed as many times as needed. Might help to have the time remaining time reduced to reflect how long left to complete the remainder of the training.
