A well thought out package, put together in a format that is easy to understand. The subject is covered in a few training courses I have covered before, mainly in Saftey related courses NEBOSH etc. My only question is how are the "IT unfriendly" people made aware of the Stress awareness training and its benefits, as a lot of Cape staff still have no access to the internet or moreover 365!?
