I found the quiz at the end quite stressful.
Stress in the workplace is often swept under the carpet and deemed a sign of weakness. To bring this out to all in Cape is a benefit. It should enable us all to strike an agreeable work/life balance and remain an effective employee.
Comprehensive course on a difficult subject. Only feedback is that the volume is a lot lower than the other videos so I had to turn my speakers almost to full volume to hear it.
This course kept my attention level high and was easily understood.
