Only time I have felt stressed is by feeling pressurised to do this course when I am supervising 28 men.

I must admit that I did reflect on a few things that the course actually touched on and I personally found it quite informative. I have taken the time to review aspects of my working day , especially the section pertaining to being asked to work way below my potential. It has given me the insight to say no and ask questions.
