Our internet is too slow to play the video files and the the audio does not work. Really unimpressed - I've not been able to complete any of the courses

More common sense really
the course is OK - pretty basic in information but useful if not heard before. the videos are difficult to deal with in an open office and also take a while to run on our IT - which makes the course take onger than needs be.

It provided good practical tips and helpful short sentences to apply to everyday work and home situations.
Slow pace and monotonous presenter soon lost my interest.
The course skims over much of the issue. It gives simplistic advice, almost all focused on the responsibility of the employee, and next to nothing on the responsibily of the organisation.
The sections concerning what signs (indicating stress) to look for was very interesting.
