Sound very variable. Could hardly hear when we reached the guy in the yellow dingy. Sound volume variation is a problem throughout these sessions. This is the worst presented of the sessions so far. They all look a bit "unloved", as though you have bought a stack of video presentations and stitched them together without really taking time to test the end product. I'm still irritated by the variable click areas. When it says to "click the button below" would that take me to the same link as clicking the blue arrow at the side or does the arrow move me to a whole new section. Would be more consistent to always click the arrow where possible and minimise "button choices". Again I mistakenly clicked the arrow at one point because mouse was hovering over it and I just touched the click pad. I wanted to go back to previous page but no back button. That's it. Good content, good presenter, poor user experience. Think of the philosophy that drives products such as Apple where on "perfect" is good enough and at least start with that thought. You work within a tighter budget but still, you could improve.

The module was logically structured and led seamlessly through to the conclusion and test.
I tried to view the media on all the H&S courses at work and on no monitor did the videos display, just the message "content unavailable" I completed Fire Awareness, Slips Trips and Falls, Stress Management and Manual Handling all without seeing any training material, I just filled in the test at the end and found most of the answers to be pure common sense and passed all 4 first time.

A helpful and useful course.
An excellent training course and covered the topic in a very understanding way.
